All orders for items that are in our stock are dispatched within 2 working days. All orders for items that are not currently held in our stock are dispatched within approximately 14 days and you will be notified of the status of the back order. All deliveries are made from Australia and we deliver worldwide. The approximate time of shipment to all European countries is 3-5 days, non-European countries may take slightly longer.
Returns will be at the discretion of the publishers and will be based on the circumstances of the return. All shipping and handling charges as a result of a return will not be refundable.
